Studley's Orange County Office Expands as Brad Schmitt Joins

ORANGE COUNTY, CA—Tenant law specialist joins Studley after working with CBRE and Vestar Development.

ORANGE COUNTY, CA—Studley, a leading global commercial tenant advisory firm, announced the expansion of its Orange County , California office with the addition of Brad Schmitt. Schmitt, who previously held positions at CBRE and Vestar Development, joined the firm as an Assistant Director to partner with the seasoned tenant representation team of Royce Sharf and Michael Props.

Schmitt brings a diverse background in law, real estate development and business to his role as a strategic real estate advisor. His services include tenant representation, corporate relocation, sublease disposition, and lease and financial analysis.
