SAN FRANCISCO-A team of real-estate leaders and entrepreneurs have recently created ROI Genius—what they deem an “evolution of Customer Relationship Management.” ROI Genius offers comprehensive targeting, measuring and sales advances to the homebuilding industry, which until now, the new firm says, has not embraced technological solutions to connect with customers during the extended sales cycle.

Interfacing with social media, ROI Genius allows sales and marketing teams to generate leads, build a following, and analyze and respond to metrics to achieve the highest possible returns. According to the firm, “it is the only integrated marketing and sales tool available that combines these features in a simplified, user-friendly system.”

Founder and CEO, Andy Cramer, says that it is “certainly valuable to all industries, we have joined specifically with real estate leaders to launch this intelligent business solution.” He adds that “Homebuilders especially have much to gain from our approach, as it enables a more personal connection with leads by targeting the outreach to individual interests rather than a 'one size fits all' approach.”

Cramer adds that ROI Genius “also gives sales and marketing management the most accurate measuring and reporting platforms so they know which marketing strategies are performing, and which are not.”

Cramer and ROI Genius chief technology officer Al Farmer are entrepreneurs based in San Francisco who collectively have more than 50 years of experience founding and building businesses. They have launched ROI Genius with others in the real estate industry, including Alan Hyden—who has over 25 years of experience in real estate development—and Lisa Kalmbach—a partner with New Montgomery Partners who has a long history in senior management at KB Home.

To date, according to the firm, ROI Genius has managed tens of thousands of leads, resulting in over $350 million of real estate and vacation rental sales.
