The annual auto show was moved to March from February this year, which provided the boost for the month.

“By the end of April, we'll see it balance out and have a fair year-to-date comparison,” said Gary Musich, vice president of convention sales for the ACCVA. “More importantly, we're on track to grow the convention market by 10 percent this year, with more than 371,700 projected room nights. It will be the fifth consecutive year of growth for this market.”
