DALLAS—The Dallas House of Blues has a new landlord.

The building near Victory Park was acquired recently by New York-based WP Cary Inc., for one of its REITs, according to a report in today's Dallas Morning News. Citing SEC records, the paper says the 62,000 SF building fetched $16 million.

The building had been for sale since 2010, with an initial ask of more than $19 million. The 100-year old structure was built as a warehouse for White Swan Foods Co.
