NEWARK-The supply of property for investment sales is tight across the spectrum, says Cushman & Wakefield's executive director, H. Gary Gabriel - and capital remains comparatively abundant. Capital is still chasing multi-family, he says, but industrial property is coming on as the new “it” sector. Gabriel spoke with Antoinette Martin at the recent RealShare New Jersey breakfast conference here. Areas they discussed include:
