KINGMAN, AZ—Discount store 99 Cent Only will lead the new tenant line-up at Kingman Crossing shopping center with a 17,136 square foot store. The retailer has inked the first lease in the 82,000 square foot center with negotiations winding down on the rest of the remaining occupancy. The property, which is being jointly developed by Accelerated Development Services and Wadsworth Development, is undergoing a complete redevelopment and update, transforming from a tired neighborhood grocery location turned call-center into a vibrant and relevant property.

Dave Cheatham, managing principal with Accelerated Development Services commented on the deal, “We are pleased to have this national value oriented retailer lead the way for our project. We knew this property had potential and it's been great to see the retailers respond to our vision.” The shopping center is located at the main and main retail hub with the regional hospital located on the northwest corner of the same intersection.

When the project is complete, it will have new store fronts, new paving, a huge freeway sign, new landscaping and a fresh new look.
