EMERYVILLE, CA—Developers are bact on the job at the former Sherwin-Williams paint plant in Emeryville.

The San Francisco Business Times says the environmental work at the site was completed last fall, allowing rehab work to restart. Sherwin-Williams has named the partnership of SRM Ernst Partners and Thompson Dorfman to cdevelop a master plan for the site.
