PIQUA, OH- The Industrial Spring Company has announced that they have leased 48,600-square-feet at 9200 Country Club Dr. in Piqua's Scarborough Industrial Park. Tenants have now fully-leased the park and the owner, Joe Scarborough, has begun planning a new spec building for the park.

“The Scarborough Industrial Park will provide Industrial Spring Company with an ideal location adjacent to Exit 83 along I-75. The building presents them with a high quality image and is situated to capture the ongoing manufacturing growth in the Upper Miami Valley,” states Tim Echemann of Industrial Property Brokers, a Sidney, Ohio brokerage that represented Scarborough.

From the new location, Industrial Spring, a subsidiary of Industrial Door and based in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, will manufacture garage door springs for manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers. The expansion will give the company quick access to the nearby I-75/70 interchange and Dayton International Airport.
