Industrial Spring Expands into Piqua

PIQUA, OH- The Industrial Spring Company has announced that they have leased 48,600-square-feet at 9200 Country Club Dr. in Piqua’s Scarborough Industrial Park. Tenants have now fully-leased the park and the owner, Joe Scarborough, has begun planning a new spec building for the park.

“The Scarborough Industrial Park will provide Industrial Spring Company with an ideal location adjacent to Exit 83 along I-75. The building presents them with a high quality image and is situated to capture the ongoing manufacturing growth in the Upper Miami Valley,” states Tim Echemann of Industrial Property Brokers, a Sidney, Ohio brokerage that represented Scarborough.
