LONDON—Japanese telecom company NTT has paid $118 million (£77M) to purchase an office building in the City of London.

NTT, working through a London subsidiary acquired the property from MPC Capital of Germany, accroding to a report from the website Property Investor Europe. located at 265 Strand near the Royal Courts of Justice. The building measures more than 75,000 square feet (7,000 SM), and it is fully leased through 2021.

Tokyo-based Nippon Telegraph & Telephone Corporation, the world's largest global IT and telecommunications company by revenue, and one of the top 50 global companies.
