Balluff Breaks Ground on New Headquarters

INDEPENDENCE, KY- Governor Steve Beshear joined officials from Balluff, Inc. on April 11 to break ground on their new U.S. headquarters building in Independence just south of Cincinnati. Headquartered in Germany, the firm manufactures industrial sensing and identification devices. Company officials say they will add 24 new, full-time jobs and spend $6 million on the expansion.

“Balluff has found a successful home in Northern Kentucky, with steady growth here over the past 30 years,” said Gov. Beshear. “We’re proud to have the company’s U.S. headquarters in Kentucky, and especially happy to see the company continue to expand.”
