FORT WORTH—A group formed by local investor Will Martin, has acquired the five-story office building at 1612 Summit Ave.

Summit Hilltop Partners is the name of the new firm which purchased the 82,000-square-foot building, according to a report in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. The property includes an underground parking garage, is 95% leased to 15 tenants, including the GCG advertising firm and Fort Worth Ag Credit.

Martin said he will move his office for W. Martin and Co. into the building this month.
