CHANDLER, AZ-Two years after acquiring the 553,000-square-foot 10 Chandler, partners Alliance Commercial Partners LLC and American Realty Advisors have selected Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate Co. to lease the asset.
Built in 2007 and 2008, 10 Chandler is at 450-590 N. 54th St. and includes nine buildings ranging in size from 31,000 square feet to 00,200 square feet. The property has available spaces ranging from 5,600 square feet to 81,200 square feet. 10 Chandler offers large industrial space with clear heights ranging from 15 to 26 feet, truck well and grade-level loading and up to 3,000 amps, 277-480 volt power.
Andy Markham, James Harper, Mike Haenel and Marc Tuite with Cassidy Turley Arizona's industrial group have the marketing and leasing assignment for 10 Chandler. “Our priority is to reintroduce 10 Chandler to the market. This project is located in one of the best submarkets in the Valley, has outstanding visibility and access for users and offers a diverse product type that can fulfill a variety of different uses,” Markham says in a press release.
Developed by Lincoln Property Co. and Rreef, 10 Chandler was acquired by Alliance Commercial Partners and American Realty Advisors for $30 million. At the time of acquisition, the property was approximately 35% occupied.
