IRVING, TX—Dallas-based Myers & Crow Co. Ltd. recently a 12.5-acre plot of land for the consturction of a three-story spec office building. The company is marketing the property under the name Freeport 9, and says it will offer a great location in a “pro-business city.” Plans call for more than 153,000 square feet of office space and more than 1,000 parking spaces.

Construction of Freeport 9 is scheduled to begin in early June, with completion expected in March 2014.

The site is located at the corner of Freeport Parkway and Regent Boulevard near LBJ Freeway.
