PORTLAND, OR—Jones Lang LaSalle represented KBS Realty Advisors in the renewal of a 49,593 square foot lease at One Main Place, a 292,971-square-foot Class A office building at 101 SW Main Street in Portland. The tenant is Tripwire Inc., a leading global provider of IT security and compliance solutions, and the building is the company's global headquarters.

Mark Friel, SVP, and Buzz Ellis, SIOR and managing director of JLL's Portland office brokered the deal for the landlord, KBS Realty. Tripwire, Inc. was represented by Craig Reinhart of Cresa Partners.

One Main Place, which is located at the west end of the Hawthorne Bridge, also houses the Northwest Regional Educational Laboratory headquarters, a 50,000 square foot educational lab and the 41,750 square foot law offices of Ball Janik, LLP. The 20-story skyscraper is the16th tallest building in Portland.
