NORTH DALLAS—Kohl's Corp., the Wisconsin retail chain plans to relocate hundreds of office jobs to two vacant office buildings in North Dallas.

According to a report in the Dallas Morning News, Kohl's will rent the 230,000-square-foot Waterview office buildings just south of State Highway 190. The company said the affected operation is one that will be new to Texas, but that the move does not represent a change of the company's corporate headquarters.

In December local investors led by Dallas' Stream Realty Partners bought the buildings out of foreclosure and began searching for tenants. Kohl's is based in the Milwaukee suburb of Menomonee Falls.
