LATHROP, CA-GlobeSt.com has learned that developed as part of a JV between the Laird Norton Co., and Seefried Industrial Properties, a 750,000 square foot build-to-suit is in the works here, adjacent to the I-5.

The planned center is entitled and ready for construction this summer at 11800 Harlan Rd.

“We are actively chasing users looking for a class-A building and location in the Central Valley,” Robert Guerena, Seefried Industrial Properties' construction and development manager for the Western Region, tells GlobeSt.com.

Mike Goldstein and John Steinbuch of Colliers are representing the JV. Design services are by Ware Malcomn. The contractor is still being decided at this point, Guerena says.

Seefried Properties is 100% privately owned by its management and specializes in the development, leasing, and management of industrial real estate. The company focused its developments near major international airports and along primary transportation corridors and leases and manages nearly 25 million square feet. In addition, the company develops three to five million square feet per year for an average annual volume of $200-$350 million dollars in completed value. Seefried has developed over 60 million square feet of both speculative and build-to-suit distribution facilities over the past decade.

GlobeSt.com will follow up on this project as more information becomes available.
