SEATTLE—Colliers International continues to attract top brokerage talent with the addition of David Abbott who joins the Colliers Seattle office as SVP. Abbott, formerly of Jones Lang LaSalle, is moving to Colliers to partner with Colliers SVP, Greg Inglin and to pursue landlord agency and tenant business in the Seattle central business district. Abbott has been one of the top Class A office brokers in the market over the past six years representing numerous clients including Prudential, UBS, Clarion Partners, Talon, Touchstone, Shorenstein, and Wright Runstad.

“We are extremely excited to have David at Colliers. Not only is he one of the best office brokers in the Seattle market, but he has a great reputation in the marketplace and with his clients. The way he approaches his business aligns perfectly with the culture that we have here at Colliers. He'll be a great addition to our team and we believe the Abbott/Inglin team will be very successful together for many years” says Bill Condon, managing director of the Seattle office.

Colliers has been in a significant growth mode recently having added 19 brokers in the past 18 months. “We are focused on adding brokers that are great at what they do but also fit in with our collaborative and enterprising culture,” added Condon. “They come here because they recognize that they can provide better service to their clients working on the Colliers platform, and because the work environment here is outstanding.”
