ORLANDO—Lake Nona just announced plans to build a 100,000-square-foot medical office building in Orlando. Dubbed Lake Nona Gateway Building, the project rise on the northwest corner of Narcoossee Road and Tavistock Lakes Boulevard. Florida Hospital and the University of Central Florida’s (UCF) Pegasus Health will become anchor tenants in the new building.

“Establishing these clinical facilities at the eastern gateway to Lake Nona’s Laureate Park and Medical City is an important part of our overall vision for Lake Nona,” says Lake Nona president Jim Zboril. Lake Nona is a 7,000-acre master planned community within the city limits of Orlando.
