SAN FRANCISCO-Colliers International has added Brian Leung as its San Francisco office as a member of the San Francisco multifamily team. Formerly with Coldwell Banker since 1996, Leung has a strong emphasis and knowledge of San Francisco Rent Control regulations and tenants' rights issues.

According to a prepared statement, Leung has 17 years of full-time industry experience, with specialization in mixed-use properties, multiple units, and residential investment properties.

Prior to entering the real estate business, he was an estimator and project manager for CRSS Construction management, Paragon General Contractor, and for his father's construction firm in San Francisco.

Alan Collenette, the regional executive managing director for Colliers in San Francisco, says in the statement that “Colliers in San Francisco adds to its teams only by carefully considered invitation. Brian was chosen by his peers for his highly cooperative and inclusive style, his fluent Cantonese, and for his extraordinary ability to handle very complex and unique requirements for his clients, often internationally, and to execute them seamlessly.”

Brian joins Colliers San Francisco's multifamily investment team, which includes Mark Feldman, Stephen Jackson, Brad Lagomarsino, James Devincenti, Stephen Wasserman, John Antonini and Ryan Wagner.
