INDIANAPOLIS-Colliers International just announced that Michael B. Drew has agreed to return to the firm as a senior vice president in their Indiana-Region office. Most recently at Cassidy Turley, Drew will also join the Colliers Multifamily Advisory Services, a national practice group at the firm, giving them a local Indiana broker with decades of experience to handle those operations.

“The addition of Multifamily Services adds even greater diversity to our service offerings,” says Glenn Davis, the president and managing director of Colliers International-Indiana Region. “As a veteran in the multifamily industry, Mike Drew brings a supreme level of expertise. I can't wait to watch the new service line grow with him at the helm.”

“The reason I returned was that I had great success here and a lot of friends with Colliers across the country,” Drew tells GlobeSt.com. “It's a good network.”

Drew has 30 years of real estate experience, mostly in Indiana. His notable transactions include both office and multifamily properties such as The Pyramids, The Retreat Apartments, Lighthouse Landings, Lake Castleton and the Consolidated Building.

Currently, Drew markets a highly-visible 7-acre plot of land in nearby Carmel that sits in the middle of Duke's Hamilton Crossing, a Class A office park. He expects the proximity of all those office workers will attract developers of restaurants, entertainment venues, hotels as well as multifamily units and medical office buildings. “It's just vacant and has been sitting there forever. But we're just coming out the other side of the recession and this is prime land.”
