SAN FRANCISCO-GlobeSt.com exclusively learns that Wheelhouse's core San Francisco brokerage team has agreed, after months of targeted pursuit, to join CBRE's National Private Capital and Multi-Housing groups.

The selected team, led by the firm's president, Michael Thomas, has been strategically appointed to assist CBRE's private capital clients with their multi-housing needs, Wheelhouse told Globe Street today.

“For the past six years our Wheelhouse team has handled the sales of more than 150 apartment buildings in the San Francisco Bay Area, and has earned a reputation in the industry as forward-thinking professionals who bring a fresh, tech-savvy multimedia approach to commercial real estate marketing,” Thomas said in a statement. “As a result of this reputation, we have gained significant market share in San Francisco and the East Bay, especially in the last two years. We look forward to the additional business leverage provided by CBRE's comprehensive global services platform which will further enhance the excellent client service for which Wheelhouse has become known.”
