Industrial Space Sold to Maker of Energy Drinks

DALLAS—Tweaker finds room for growth in former restaurant chain's plant.

DALLAS—A growing beverage manufacturer, Tweaker Energy Drinks, has found some additional elbow room in an office warehouse building in Northwest Dallas.

Tweaker bought a 32,086 square foot building once held the operations of the El Fenix restaruant chain, according a report in the Dallas Morning News. The building at 11075 Harry Hines Blvd., was constructed in the mid 1960s and previously was used for El Fenix’s head offices, manufacturing and warehousing facilities. It will be used in conjunction with another Twearker factility in the vacinity.
