HOUSTON- Fredricks Commercial Management has merged with Moody Rambin Interests. The 15-year-old Fredricks Commercial, overseen by founder Brent Fredricks, will provide Moody Rambin with an additional boost in areas such as acquisitions/dispositions, management and leasing of retail centers.

“Brent Fredricks brings both experience and ability to Moody Rambin's Investment Services group,” says Bob Cromwell, managing director of Moody Rambin Interests in a prepared statement. “His insight into the acquisition, disposition, management and leasing of shopping centers will be a valuable asset for our clients.”

Fredricks, a 27-year commercial real estate veteran, launched Fredricks Commercial Management in 1998. The native Houstonian received his bachelor's degree in organizational communication from the University of Texas at Austin. “Moody Rambin is the right fit for our collaboration,” Fredricks says in a press release. “As Houston's largest local commercial real estate firm, Moody Rambin combines a breadth of expertise and national contacts with an agility found in boutique firms.”
