CBRE Arranges 72,000SF Industrial Lease in Norwalk

NORWALK, CA—Ameripak Industries is the tenant for long term lease on Blackburn Avenue.

NORWALK, CA—CBRE has arranged a new, single-tenant 62-month lease located at 15500-15510 Blackburn Avenue in Norwalk valued at approximately $2 million.

The 72,000 square foot building was leased to Ameripak Industries, Inc. by the landlord, Majestic Realty. Philip Christian, associate; David Ellis, VP; Josh Bonwell, first VP; and Rick McGeagh, senior VP; represented the tenant.
