NEW YORK CITY-Faith Hope Consolo, chairman of Douglas Elliman's retail brokerage practice says this year's International Council of Shopping Centers' RECon show in Las Vegas later this month will have strong attendance. She expects up to 40,000 people to attend, the highest number since 2007.
