FORT WORTH, TX—Cassco Development Co., Fort Worth, and Rosewood Property Co., Dallas are planning mixed use project within the Edwards Ranch property.

Plans for the project, named Clearfork, include more than 2 million square feet of office space, 1 million square feet of retail space and 2,500 multifamily units, according to the Fort Worth Business Press.

The initial phase of residential development includes 398 units of townhomes, urban efficiencies, lofts and upscale apartments. Construction begins in September, with units scheduled for delivery between late 2014 and fall 2015.
