MANSFIELD, TX—Jersey Mike's Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled East Coast-style subs, has opened its doors at Mansfield Crossing Shopping Center. Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, Jersey Mike's continued its steady growth in 2012 opening 92 new restaurants throughout the country, a 33% increase in new store growth over 2011. Passionate Jersey Mike's fans crave their subs made Mike's Way with onions, lettuce, tomatoes and a signature blend of olive oil, red wine vinegar and spices. Everything is quickly made to order for each customer, just the way the first subs were made at the original Jersey Mike's more than fifty years ago. Jersey Mike's Subs will be occupying a 1,575 square foot space.
