PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WI- Paine/Wetzel / TCN Worldwide just announced that the firm has completed a 100,000-square-foot industrial lease renewal for Parker Plastics in a 263,718-square-foot industrial facility at 8201 109th Street within the LakeView Corporate Park in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, a town just south of Racine near Lake Michigan and the Illinois border.

Whit Heitman, a principal of the Chicago-based Paine/Wetzel, along with Senior Vice President Samuel Badger and Vice President Brad Weiner, represented the owner, CenterPoint Properties, in the transaction. Ryan Bain and Sean Kropke of CBRE represented the tenant. Parker Plastics manufactures custom plastic containers.

The village of Pleasant Prairie and the WISPARK company began developing the 2,400-acre LakeView Corporate Park in 1989, and the site now employs more than 8,000 people. Village officials say that, based on property value, Pleasant Prairie ranks as the fifth largest manufacturing municipality in the state, exceeded only by Milwaukee, Green Bay, Madison, and Menomonee Falls. The park offers access to I-94 and is a 45-minute drive from O'Hare Airport and 25 minutes from Milwaukee's Mitchell Airport.
