PALM BEACH, FL—Marcus & Millichap is on a retail transaction roll this month. The firm just sold three deals in strategic submarkets.

A 3,424-square foot retail property occupied by Starbucks and GameStop in Hialeah, FL, sold for $2.7 million. The two-tenant retail property features corporate-guaranteed leases with six years remaining for both brands.

Constructed in 2008, the building features a Starbucks drive-through and is close to Interstate 75 and other national retailers. The property is located in the growing area of northwest Hialeah at 7735 West 33rd Avenue.

Meanwhile, 951 Southeast Federal Highway, a 2,256-square-foot net leased property in Stuart, FL, sold for $720,000. The free-standing building with drive-thru is located at 951 Southeast Federal Highway.

Built in 1969 and recently renovated inside and out, the building features a large dining area, two restrooms, large open kitchen with hood system, and walk-in cooler. The property also features a large pylon signage with US 1 exposure.

Finally, Towne Center Plaza, a 82,098-square-foot retail property in Sanford, FL traded for $6.8 million. Towne Center Plaza is located at 100-400 North Mall Entrance Road.

Built in 1998, the property features many nationally recognized tenants such as: Books-A-Million, West Marine, JoAnn Fabric, Hobby Lobby, Tuesday Morning, Honey Baked Ham, and Maru Sushi. The retail asset shares the same parking as the Seminole Towne Center Mall and it neighbors other retail, auto, a movie theater, and restaurant locations.
