OKLAHOMA CITY-Commercial real estate veterans Harrison Levy, Mark Beffort and Tim Strange -- along with their associates – have merged to form a brokerage company operating under the name Newmark Grubb Levy Strange Beffort. The Daily Oklahoman reports that Levy is chairman of the new entity, Beffort is CEO and Strange is servering as president.

Levy and Beffort were formerly with Grubb & Ellis-Levy Beffort. Strange, in the meantime, was with Sperry Van Ness affiliate William T. Strange & Associates.

Newmark Grubb Levy Strange Beffort has a staff of 136 in Oklahoma City and Tulsa and operates in all sectors of the commercial real estate industry. The firm, locally owned and managed, is an affiliate of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, which, with London-based Knight Frank, employs 11,000 people in 340 offices worldwide, and is part of New York-based BGC Partners Inc.
