LAS VEGAS—The desert west region office of Lincoln Property Company, is expanding into the Las Vegas commercial real estate market. Based in Phoenix, the regional office also serves metropolitan areas in Arizona, Utah and New Mexico.

“Lincoln Property Company has a presence in more than 200 municipalities in the United States, and is focusing on expanding our presence in the Las Vegas market with institutional property management, acquisitions, development and construction management,” said David Krumwiede, EVP Lincoln Property desert west region. “We believe that now is an opportune time to enter the Las Vegas market as it's showing signs of steady growth.”

Lincoln Property was recently awarded an assignment in Las Vegas: the property management contract for a 273,301 square foot office/industrial complex, Bigfoot Business Park.
