Colliers Launches Woodlands Presence

THE WOODLANDS, TX-Colliers International opens its third Houston location, hanging its shingle in the far north submarket. The focus of the new office will include land and investment sales.

THE WOODLANDS, TX-Colliers International has opened its third Houston-area office, setting up shop at 24 Waterway. The office, which has been open for less than a month, is focusing on land an investment sales in Montgomery County, which is the far northern fringe of the metro area.

Colliers co-chairman and principal Bob Parsley says the office was a logical extension of what the Colliers has already been doing on behalf of The Woodland Development Corp., which is responsible for oversight, maintenance and development of the 28,000-acre master planned community. “One of our senior vice presidents, Norm Munoz, is already up there in The Woodlands office, and has been up there for about two or three years, handling leasing,” Parsley explains.
