CHERRY HILL, NJ-The Cherry Tree Corporate Center has gained two new tenants, a wholesale ticket company and a healthcare counseling firm, reports its Brooklyn-based management company.
Worldwide Tickets, a wholesale ticket company, and Vital Decisions, a healthcare counseling firm, to its 150,000-square-foot, Class A office building located at 535 Route 38 in Cherry Hill. CTCC is managed on-site by the Manhattan Management Company, a privately owned full service commercial real estate company.
In a deal arranged by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Worldwide Tickets is taking 4,000 square feet for six years. CBRE represented Vital Decisions in securing a 5,521 square-foot space for a five-year term.
Worldwide Tickets is an intermediary between buyers and sellers of tickets to sporting events, concerts, theaters, Broadway shows, and Las Vegas performances. It sells ticket blocks to sites such as Ticketmaster.
Vital Decisions assists patients and families dealing with serious illnesses – and end-of-life decisions – in navigating the healthcare system. The company works to assure patient and family priorities are communicated and incorporated into a patient's care and treatment.
“The Cherry Tree Corporate Center was an ideal selection for both of these firms,” says Joe Glennon of Manhattan Management Company. The firms bring an additional 54 people to the building to the 150,000-square-foot building.
The center has a café', a community conference room and 24/7 back-up power.
Current occupants include Navistar, the Gelfond Group, and Kelly Services, Inc., among others. The center is located at 535 Route 38 East, less than 15 minutes from Center City Philadelphia. It is accessible to Route 70 and close to the Patco High Speed Line (Collingswood), Route 72, Interstate 295, and the New Jersey Turnpike.
