CHICAGO-Transwestern announced yesterday that it has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the Concourse Office Plaza, a 293,280-square-foot, Class A office complex. The Lionstone Group owns the two-building complex located at 4709 and 4711 Golf Road in north suburban Skokie.
“These two buildings are strategically located, and our spaces cater to a wide range of tenants,” said Zach Fox, a member of the Transwestern leasing team for the plaza. “These properties fill a unique niche in the submarket, having an outstanding amenity base and an excellent location while offering more competitive economics than similar office product in the market.”
Transwestern has also appointed Joe Stevens and Fred Ishler to the Concourse Office Plaza leasing team.
The 12-story complex is currently 83 percent leased. Built in 1971, the plaza has an on-site property management team, conference room, executive heated parking garage, manned security, 24-hour key-card access, dual-feed electrical service to the building for increased power reliability, fiber optics, an ATM, UPS and Fed Ex drop-offs and access to public transportation. The two towers are connected by a three-story concourse and a five-story, 710-space parking garage that provides weather-shielded building access. The complex is within walking distance of Old Orchard Shopping Center and sits near a Doubletree Hotel.
