Frain Buys 330K SF Warehouse

CHICAGO- The dealer of used manufacturing equipment will expand; JLL says it's the largest purchase in the DuPage submarket this year.

CHICAGO- The Frain Group, Inc., seems like it has pulled out of the recent economic downturn. The Franklin Park-based dealer in used manufacturing and processing equipment has just purchased a 329,732-square-foot warehouse in west suburban Carol Stream and will relocate into the complex later this year. Their new home includes a 36,800-square-foot space for offices, 26 dock doors and four drive-in doors.  It sits on 31.5 acres at 245 East North Ave., giving the company room for expansion.
