MIAMI—PFRS Yamato Corp just inked a 10,366-square-foot lease with Accountable Healthcare Staffing. The healthcare staffing company will take up residence at The Yamato Office Center II at 999 Yamato Road in Boca Raton, FL.

Accountable Healthcare Staffing is expanding its corporate operations in Palm Beach County to accommodate the company's continued growth. When it moves into the new office space in August 2013, the firm can add more staff.

“We continue to see signs of improvement in the Boca office market,” says John Jaspert, an associate at CBRE who represented the landlord. “With the positive trend of smaller companies taking more space and committing to longer-term leases, it further establishes this area as a premier location and employment hub for a variety of industries and firms.”
