MUKILTEO, WA—Colliers International Seattle has completed the sale of On the Green at Harbour Pointe Apartments to Security Properties for a price of $49,550,000 or $168,537 per unit.
Pacific Urban Residential sold the 294-unit complex at 12303 Harbour Pointe Boulevard. On the Green at Harbour Pointe has been extensively upgraded in recent years. Located in Harbour Pointe, one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Snohomish County, the property includes many upscale amenities, like indoor and outdoor pools, state-of-the-art fitness center and more. Security Properties is a very active buyer and developer in the Puget Sound Area and will continue the interior upgrade program at the property. The team of Dave Schumacher, David Mortensen, and Dylan Simon of Colliers International were the sole brokers in the transaction.
