Palm Beach Wins Global Headquarters Deal

PALM BEACH—Another company has decided to make South Florida its global headquarters. Find out what attracted the nutritional company to Palm Beach Gardens.

PALM BEACH—Another company has decided to make South Florida its global headquarters. EXfuze, a nutritional products company, has signed a 7,000-square-foot lease at Corporate Center at the Gardens at 4200 Northcorp Parkway.

CBRE arranged the lease at the 96,000-square-foot class A office building in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. CBRE’s Joshua Nolan collaborated with CBRE vice president, Anthony Librizzi to represent the landlord, an affiliate of Lexington Realty Trust, a New York City-based REIT.
