SAN ANTONIO, TX—A new LEED Silver office complex is in the works for a 42-acre property on La Cantera Parkway. WestRidge at La Cantera, being developed by Patrinely Group and USAA Real Estate Co. will include four office buildings, each consisting of approximately 128,700 square feet of Class A office space. Construction is slated to being in September for WestRidge One, the first of the buildings. It is a component of the master-planned development La Cantera.

Crimson Services, LLC, an affiliate of Patrinely Group, will oversee leasing and property management of WestRidge One. Travis Commercial Real Estate is the local listing broker on the project.

“WestRidge at La Cantera will combine efficiency with the most attractive new office project in San Antonio. The access, amenities, and the strength of the development team of USAA Real Estate Co. and Patrinely Group will set WestRidge apart from any other office developments in the city,” said Chuck King, co-founder of Travis Commercial Real Estate Services. The project was unveiled to local brokers at a luncheon held May 8.
