NEW YORK CITY-Office suites provider Regus continues its expansion efforts in Manhattan. The Luxembourg-based firm has signed a 15,000-square-foot commercial real estate lease at 1250 Broadway.
The deal for space on the 36th floor of the 39-story high-rise on West 31st and 32nd streets is the latest of four leases the company has signed of late, according to Crain's New York Business. Mitch Arkin, of Cushman & Wakefield Inc., represented Jamestown Properties and Murray Hill Properties, the owner of 1250 Broadway in the transaction with Regus.
In April, Regus signed a lease for 32,000 square feet at 101 Sixth Ave. in Tribeca. Earlier this year the firm inked a lease for more than 60,000 square feet at Brookfield Place in lower Manhattan. Regus also recently opened a significant suites location at 747 Third Ave.
The newspaper also reports Regus is near finalizing a deal for 25,000 square feet at 132 W. 31st St. See story in Crain's New York Business.
