JLL Gets New NorCal Head of Construction

SAN FRANCISCO-Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed P.J. Cosgrove to lead the firm’s construction group in Northern California and has promoted him to managing director. In this new role, Cosgrove will lead the 11-person Northern California team which provides construction management, general contracting and design/build services for interior build outs and similar scale projects on behalf of landlords and tenants across the West Coast.

Elizabeth Hearle, northwest market director, points out that more companies are seeking “seasoned insight and advice when it comes to creating work environments that meet their corporate aspirations as well as structural and seismic safety goals.” She adds that “P.J. has more than 25 years experience in construction and his team is a critical resource for our Northern California clients.”
