LEHI, UTAH—The Salt Lake City office of CBRE says the Gardner Company is scheduled to break ground today on the office building at Thanksgiving Center in Lehi. CBRE is the exclusive landlord representative for the leasing of this new building.

Tab Cornelison, senior vice president, and Eric Smith, first vice president, will oversee the listing. Thanksgiving Center is a mixed-use development which includes a 130,000-square-foot LEED Silver Certified office building. Located directly off of SR-92 and I-15, the Center also has restaurants, retail and an on-site hotel. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of FrontRunner, multiple bus routes and an 18-hole golf course. The Gardner Company selected VCBO Architecture to design the center.

“Lehi has experienced a rapid level of growth in the past several years to become one of Utah's fastest growing cities. High profile businesses like Adobe, Microsoft and Xactware are investing in the area and this is causing many local and national companies to take notice”, said Tab Cornelison. “Thanksgiving Center is in the perfect position to capitalize on this momentum.”
