LAGUNA HILLS, CA—Vintage Real Estate, and community leaders recently celebrated the groundbreaking of a $17 million renovation and expansion of The Village at Nellie Gail Ranch. A centerpiece of the expansion will be the Southland's first Fresh Market, a full-service specialty grocer known for its vast selection of top-quality products, exceptional customer service and inviting atmosphere.

“We are undertaking a comprehensive renovation of the center that will transform it into a modern and dynamic retail destination. With a warm yet contemporary look, top quality retailers and new dining options The Village at Nellie Gail Ranch will be a perfect fit reflecting the lifestyle and serving the needs of this community,” said Vintage chairman Fred Sands.

Last year Vintage acquired four acres immediately adjacent to the former Moulton La Paz Shopping Center from the City of Laguna Hills to allow for the expansion and redevelopment plan for the center as The Village at Nellie Gail Ranch. Embodying the style and ambiance of a European market, the new center will total approximately 100,000 square feet and include stylish boutiques and casual dining restaurants in addition to The Fresh Market.
