Design Presented for Lumina Apartments

DENVER—Building will make reference to former landmark Pagliacci restaurant.

DENVER—TreeHouse Development plans to build a 61-unit apartment building on the site of the former Pagliacci restaurant, and the Denver Post reported Monday that the building’s design will pay homage to the long-time Denver eatery.

Work on The Lumina, is scheduled to begin this summer and be completed by late fall 2014. Denver architecture firm Tres Birds Workshop has presented a design with showy flourishes that reference to the former restaurant.
