FORT WORTH—Panther FW Investments LLC, has acquired a two-property, apartment portfolio totaling 528 apartment homes here.

The properties are Bent Tree and Country Place, on Fort Worth's west side. The properties were built in 1985 and 1986, respectively, according to the Dallas Business Journal.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Panther purchased the portfolio from an out-of-state investor, and has plans to increase rents after enhancements and upgrades.
