GOODYEAR, AZ—FirstBank Holding Company, the Lakewood, CO-based holding company for the largest locally-owned banking organization in Colorado, today opened a new location at 1559 N. Litchfield Road. The bank transformed the former T.G.I. Friday's restaurant into a 5,521 sq. ft. bank branch, scheduled to open today.

FirstBank planned to host a special ribbon cutting ceremony and open house with the Southwest Valley Chamber of Commerce from 3 to 6 p.m. today at the new location.

Kevin Classen will serve as the West Valley Market President overseeing the new branch. Vice President RJ Gildea will also manage the bank's day-to-day operations. The new branch joins two existing FirstBank locations in the West Valley market. Additional West Valley locations are tentatively scheduled to open in late 2013 and early 2014.
