CHICAGO—Chicago Tech, Inc. has just purchased a 19,280-square-foot industrial/flex building located within the Sky Harbor Business Park. The company specializes in high-tech equipment and provides IT and Telecom Asset Management. Purchasing and moving to this property, located at 3501 Woodhead Drive in north suburban Northbrook, will allow the company to expand its operations, currently located on the north side of Chicago.

Brad Weiner, vice president of Chicago-based Paine/Wetzel / TCN Worldwide, represented Chicago Tech, Inc. in the transaction. Angelo Labriola and Paul Cawthon of Sperry Van Ness worked on behalf of the seller, a private entity.

The property offers 18' clear height, 4,600 square feet of office space, four drive-in doors, ESFR throughout and parking for 32 cars.

Chicago Tech, Inc. says they also wanted a more convenient location for distribution. The property is part of a business park which has more than 700 manufacturing, light industrial and service-related businesses, and also has frontage along the I-94/I-294 spur.
