MIAMI—Adler Realty Services, division of Adler Group that specializes in property management, sales and leasing and brokerage services, has a new leader. Christopher E. Balish is filling the president and CEO shoes.

In his new role, Balish will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the leasing, brokerage, property management, asset management, asset reporting, and client relations and overall growth of the firm. Michael M. Adler, chairman and CEO of Adler Group, made the appointment.

“Christopher comes to Adler Realty Services with over 25 years of senior level real estate experience and the proven leadership ability this position requires,” says Adler. “His wide range of expertise, from leasing, property management, asset management to client relations, will serve to strengthen Adler Realty Services for continued growth.”
