DALLAS-Tug Hill Real Estate Partners, a division of Fort Worth company Tug Hill, has opened a real estate office at The Crescent. The new office, a second location for Tug Hill Real Estate Partners, will focus on direct and sponsored real estate opportunities in Dallas and throughout Texas.
“In an uncertain economy, Texas real estate has been a great place to invest,” said Matt Mildren, vice president of Tug Hill Real Estate Partners. “The Dallas real estate market also offers significant investing opportunities. Looking to increase business in Dallas, this new office gives us an opportunity to be present more consistently in Dallas as we look for real estate opportunities.”
Tug Hill Real Estate Partners closed its seventh Dallas investment just after opening the Dallas office. The property, Windhaven Park, located in Plano, is a joint venture with investment partner Standridge Companies. It is mixed-useretail and medical office space.
Established in 2008, Tug Hill Real Estate Partners has historically focused on the Texas real estate market. The firm recently sold three properties, bringing the current portfolio to 15 properties across each major real estate product type.
A division of Tug Hill, Tug Hill Real Estate Partners is a privately held real estate investment company primarily concentrated in Texas. Headed by Matt Mildren and located in Fort Worth, Texas, Tug Hill Real Estate Partners invests in direct and sponsored real estate transactions across each of the major product types: hotel, industrial, medical office, multifamily, office and retail.
